No person shall operate or cause to be operated a source of sound in a manner as to
create a sound that is plainly audible to a person at the property boundary of a receiving
land use and that violates the time or distance requirements set forth in the following
table. The sounds regulated in the preceding section (currently section 11-53) are not subject to the restrictions of this section.

In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any distance requirement
in this section is unconstitutional or unenforceable, then that distance shall become
50 feet farther than the distance set forth in this section.
