§ 13-123. Conditions for revocation.
The Fire Marshal shall have the authority to revoke a permit or approval for any of the following reasons arising from the acts or omissions of the permittee:
(1)
Unauthorized discharge, or fire, chemical, or life threatening event.
(2)
Violation of this chapter.
(3)
Failure to abate, correct or rectify any noncompliance within the time specified.
(4)
Failure to correct conditions constituting an unreasonable risk of an unauthorized discharge.
(5)
Fraud, willful misrepresentation, or any willful, inaccurate or false statement in applying for a new or renewed permit.
(6)
Fraud, willful misrepresentation, or any willful, inaccurate or false statement in any report required by this chapter.
(7)
Any violation of this chapter or any other Code or ordinance, or any State or federal law, rule or regulation.
(8)
Violation of any condition of the permit.
