§ 13-220. Purpose.

Latest version.

Requirements for the granting of a permit for hazardous substance storage shall include, but not be limited to:
(1)

Storage containment plan.

(2)

Hazardous material inventory plan.

(3)

Safety plan, including a hazardous material management plan.
