§ 13-352. Out-of-service storage facilities.

(a)

No permitted storage facility shall be abandoned.

(b)

Storage facilities which are temporarily out of service, and are intended to be returned to use, shall be monitored and inspected.

(c)

Any out-of-service storage facility which is not being monitored and inspected shall be closed or removed in a manner approved by the Fire Marshal.
