§ 13-382. Required; amendment; public record.

Each applicant for a permit shall file a written plan, for the Fire Marshal's approval, to be known as a hazardous material management plan (HMMP). The HMMP may be amended at any time with the consent of the Fire Marshal. The HMMP is a public record except to the extent it contains trade secrets which may be exempt.
