§ 13-494. Permit required for the storage of explosives.

No person shall keep or store within the City any gunpowder, blasting powder, dynamite, nitroglycerine or other high explosives without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Fire Marshal; however, dealers may keep in closely covered tins not more than 25 pounds of powder at one time without obtaining a permit.
