§ 16.50.040.4.5. Exemptions.

The requirements regarding outdoor activity hours and special function parking shall not apply to bed and breakfast uses located in any center or corridor district. This section shall not be deemed to exempt bed and breakfast uses from the noise pollution regulations. (See chapter 11.)
