§ 16.50.060.2. Standards for review.

A.

The building shall comply with any building or fire safety codes necessary to allow the new use. This may include egress, fire suppression or similar issues.

B.

Where the change increases the intensity or density of the use, additional parking spaces shall be required to accommodate the increased intensity or density as required by the zoning district.

C.

The building shall comply with the foundation and vehicular landscaping for the zoning district. If any of this landscaping is not feasible, an equivalent amount of pervious area and vegetation shall be installed on site with the emphasis on locating the pervious surface and vegetation in areas which are visible from the right-of-way.
