Height limitations as indicated in the schedule of zoning district regulations shall
apply to buildings and portions of buildings designed for human occupancy, and shall
not apply to steeples, minarets, belfries, bell towers, or other non-occupiable architectural
features, nor to elevator lift housing, air conditioning units, or other structures
which are covered by this section.
