§ 16.80.040.5. Rules and records.

A.

Each commission may establish such rules of procedure as it may determine necessary to carry out its duties.

B.

All meetings of each commission shall be open to the public and conducted in accordance with Florida law. All written, audio, visual and other records of the proceedings shall be open to inspection and copying in accordance with Florida's public records law.
