§ 17-300. Legislative findings.

(a)

The concerns raised and findings made in the whereas clauses listed in ordinance 307-G are hereby incorporated by reference.

(b)

The concerns raised in the findings incorporated by reference in subsection (a) of this section, raise substantial governmental concerns.

(c)

Adult use establishments have operational characteristics which should be reasonably regulated in order to protect those substantial governmental concerns.
