§ 17-323. License required.

(a)

Requirement. No adult use establishment except an adult bookstore operating only as an adult bookstore shall be permitted to operate without having first been granted an adult use license by the POD.

(b)

Classifications. Each adult use shall be classified as an adult arcade, adult bookstore, adult theater, adult photographic or modeling studio, adult physical culture establishment, or adult cabaret based on the information in the application subject to subsequent inspection for verification.
