§ 17-390. Appeals.

Except as otherwise provided in this article, any decision of the POD may be appealed to City Council as provided in chapter 16. Any appeal allowed by this article which is made to City Council shall be heard and decided within 30 days of filing the appeal. Failure to timely grant or deny an appeal shall serve to ripen an appropriate action before the circuit or district court. The POD shall cooperate with the appellant to ensure his entitlement to prompt judicial review.
