§ 17-485. Hours of operation.

(a)

No person shall operate a juvenile dance hall during any hours other than 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on any Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, and from 4:00 p.m. on Friday to 12:01 a.m. of the following day, and from 1:00 p.m. Saturday to 12:01 a.m. of the following day.

(b)

No person shall operate an adult dance hall during any hours other than 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. of the following day.
