§ 20-27. Benches, marks, monuments; permit.

It shall be unlawful for any person to destroy, injure, remove or disturb any benchmark or monument in any street or public place in the City without first procuring a permit therefor from the POD. Such permit will be issued if the public peace, order and safety will not be endangered by such activity and if the activity will comply with all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.
