§ 20-116. Disorderly houses.

(a)
Any house, place of business or other structure or premises which may become so disorderly as to endanger the public peace or permit unlawful activity shall be declared to be a disorderly house and a public nuisance.
(b)
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or otherwise maintain a disorderly house.
