§ 20-119. Sale of certain open-ended glass tubes prohibited.

  • (a)

    For the purposes of this section, the term "glass tubes" means a hollow, cylindrical item made of glass which is smaller than three-quarters of an inch in diameter, shorter than one foot, and which is not sealed with glass at one or both ends.

    (b)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer to sell a glass tube, or to distribute, to offer or agree to distribute, or possess with the intent to distribute any glass tube as defined in subsection (a) of this section for anything of pecuniary value.
