§ 21-37. Prohibited acts.

No person shall commit any of the following acts within a Park, unless such acts are authorized pursuant to a valid permit:
(1)

Obstruct in any manner any roadway, sidewalk, walkway or path;

(2)

Enter any place where the words, "No Admittance" or "No Trespassing," are displayed;

(3)

Change or remove any Park Property (e.g., park benches, picnic tables, trash cans, etc.) from the position in which it was placed by City employees or City-authorized contractors;

(4)

Otherwise violate any City policies, rules or procedures; or

(5)

Perform any activity in any Park which is clearly prohibited by signs in that Park.
