§ 21-50. Horses.

  • (a)

    Horseback riding is prohibited except by permit issued by the POD in an area designated with signs for such purpose; riding a horse in a negligent manner is prohibited.

    (b)

    Horseback riders have the right-of-way, in designated areas, unless such rider is crossing a federal, State, county or municipal road. It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to yield the right-of-way to a horseback rider who has the right-of-way.
