§ 21-52. Roller skating, skateboarding, bicycling, utilization of similar types of wheeled devices and moped utilization.

(a)

Roller skating, skateboarding, bicycling, and utilizing similar types of human powered wheeled devices in a negligent manner is prohibited.

(b)

Operating a moped, Segway, wheelchair, and similar types of powered devices in a negligent manner is prohibited. Such devices shall only be operated on paved surfaces.
