§ 23-70. Application.

Any person who engages in an activity or function within the City which may reasonably require additional police services over and above the police service which would otherwise be furnished and performed by reason of the applicant's status as part of the general public may apply to the department for a permit providing for such services. As part of the application, the department shall require the applicant to execute a release holding the City and its employees harmless from any injuries or damages which may be caused by third parties during the term of the permit.
