§ 25-226. Location.

All benches shall be placed on sidewalks at right angles to the curb. No part of any bench shall be nearer than 12 feet from the lot line. The POD may permit variances from this section when the variance will not adversely affect the use of the sidewalk and will be in the public interest. PSTA benches shall not be subject to these locational requirements.
