§ 26-136. Parking so as not to obstruct traffic.

  • (a)

    No person shall park any vehicle upon a street or alley in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave less than ten feet of the width of the roadway for free movement of vehicular traffic.

    (b)

    Where streets are not completely paved or curbs provided, the parking of a vehicle shall not encroach upon more than 12 inches of the paved portion of the street.
