§ 26-171. Motor vehicles with tarps.

Any motor vehicle that is lawfully parked in the right-of-way may be covered with a fitted cover designed for use with that motor vehicle. Such fitted cover shall allow at least the bottom of six inches of each tire to be visible. The required license tag shall be clearly visible or the license tag number must be printed legibly on the fitted cover at the rear of the motor vehicle with characters not less than two inches in height. Fitted covers shall be in good condition without tears, rips or holes and shall be one color, except factory made fitted covers which may have more than one color. Covers that are not designed for use with the covered motor vehicle are prohibited.
