§ 26-206. Change of registration upon sale or exchange.

Not later than ten days after the sale or exchange of any bicycle within the City, the purchaser of the bicycle shall make application to the police department for a change in registration of the bicycle, furnishing the police department with the necessary information required to effect the change of registration.
