§ 26-305. Appeal to local hearing officer.

Any petitioner who wants to challenge the notice of violation shall file with the City Clerk's Office a request for hearing on the form required by the City by 5:00 p.m. on the sixtieth day following the date of the notice of violation. Upon receipt of a request for hearing, the City Clerk's Office will send it to the clerk to the Local Hearing Officer.
