Low-volume methods include hand-watering with an automatic shut-off nozzle or use of micro-irrigation systems.

    (4)

Irrigation of established lawns and landscaping with potable water, private wells, or private connections with surface water bodies shall be further restricted as follows:

    a.

At addresses ending in an even number or the letters A through M, irrigation may occur on Tuesdays and Saturdays only.

    b.

    (6)

In the event water use restrictions or other measures established by the district are more strict than the restrictions contained in this section, the stricter water restrictions shall be subject to enforcement action pursuant to this division and shall supersede the restrictions set forth in this section.
