§ 27-211. Authority.

The Federal Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974, the Florida Safe Drinking Water Act (F.S. 403.850 et seq.), and F.A.C. 62-555 and ch. 62-610, establish that the City has the primary responsibility for preventing water from unapproved sources, or any other substances, from entering the water system.
