§ 27-469. Burning of garbage, recyclable materials or rubbish; incinerators.

(a)

No garbage, recyclable materials or rubbish shall be burned on any premises within the City unless a written permit therefor is first secured from the POD. Such a permit will be issued upon a showing that the proposed activity will not violate any law, ordinance, rule or regulation.

(b)

Incinerators to be installed or operated for the purpose of burning garbage, recyclable materials or rubbish shall comply with all City Codes.
