§ 2-79. Article II, section 8 of State Constitution adopted by reference.

(a)

Article II, section 8 of the State Constitution, as amended by voter approval on November 2, 1976, is adopted by reference as an ordinance of the City, applicable, however, only to elected officials.

(b)

All elected City officials and candidates for elective office shall make full and public disclosure of financial interests in accordance with F.S. § 112.3144, by July 1 of each year, in the case of elected officials, and at the time of qualifying in the case of candidates for elective office.
