§ 2-103. Collections of moneys accruing to City.

Except as otherwise provided by law, all taxes, special assessments, license fees and other moneys accruing to the City shall be collected by the POD. All moneys received by any officer or employee of the City for or in connection with the business of the City shall be paid promptly into the City treasury, and shall be deposited into the approved depository.
