§ 2-370. Report.

(a)

Prior to December 1 of each year, the agency shall submit to the office of tourism, trade, and economic development a complete detailed written report setting forth:

(1)

Its operations and accomplishments during the fiscal year;

(2)

The accomplishments and progress concerning the implementation of the strategic plan or measurable goals, and any updates to the strategic plan or measurable goals;

(3)

The number and types of businesses assisted by the agency during the fiscal year;

(4)

The number of jobs created within the zone during the fiscal year;

(5)

The usage and revenue impact of State and local incentives granted during the calendar year; and

(6)

Any other information required by the office of tourism, trade, and economic development.

(b)

Prior to March 31, of each year, the agency shall submit to the Mayor and City Council a written report setting forth its activities for the preceding year which shall include a complete financial statement setting forth its assets, liabilities, income and operating expenses as of the end of the fiscal year. The agency shall make the report available for inspection during the business hours in the office of the agency.
