§ 2-458. Declaration of emergency.

Whenever it is determined a situation exits that meets the criteria for a declaration of emergency, the person designated in this division, may declare a state of emergency as provided for in F.S. § 870.0430 and shall be authorized to exercise those powers conferred in F.S. §§ 870.041—870.047.
