§ 4-6. Keeping rabbits.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to allow any rabbit, kept or owned by that person, to run at large; provided however, that a person owning or keeping a rabbit may allow that rabbit to run upon a property not owned or leased by that person where the owner of the property has given permission for such activity.
