§ 6-21. Applicability of State and federal laws.

(a)

The airport shall be operated in accordance with federal and State regulations governing airport management and operations.

(b)

No person shall taxi aircraft on, land an aircraft upon or fly an aircraft from, or conduct any other aircraft operation on or from the airport other than in conformity with then current Federal Aviation Administration procedures, rules and regulations.
