§ 7-103. Restrictions on docking watercraft with living quarters.
(a)
No vessel provided with living quarters or upon which people live or reside shall berth or dock in any of the waters within the City, unless the watercraft is self-propelled, seaworthy and is capable of being moved under its own power.
(b)
No vessel upon which people reside or live shall dock, berth, or anchor in any of the waters or waterways within the limits of the City for the purpose of living or residing in that area. This section shall not pertain to any vessels duly authorized to be in any private or City-owned marina or yacht basin.
