§ 7-123. Application of this article.

Latest version.

All persons owning, operating, leasing or otherwise exercising control of any vessel operating in or utilizing the facilities of the City yacht basins, the Port of St. Petersburg, or Bayboro Harbor shall be governed by and subject to the provisions of this article.
