§ 7-134. Trespass on docks, slips, or watercraft.

  • (a)

    Docks or slips. No person shall go upon the slips or docks in the City yacht basins, the Port of St. Petersburg, or Bayboro Harbor except the lessee of the slip, a guest or authorized agent of the lessee, or City employees or agents.

    (b)

    It is unlawful for any person to trespass upon any vessel docked or berthed in the City yacht basins, the Port of St. Petersburg, or Bayboro Harbor.
