§ 8-95. Authority to conduct inspections.

(a)

The POD shall make or cause to be made inspections necessary to determine the fitness of a building, structure or premises.

(b)

The POD shall make, or cause to be made, the inspections called for by this section in order to determine whether there is any violation of the Code.

(c)

The POD is authorized to request a search warrant or inspection warrant whenever the POD is denied access to a property and has reason to believe that a violation may exist.
