§ 8-137. Nonliability of City.

The certificate of inspection in this subdivision is not a representation, guarantee or warranty of any kind by the City of the fitness of the housing unit for which the certificate was issued nor is it a representation, warranty or guarantee of any kind by the City that such housing unit is in compliance with Codes. No person shall rely on the certificate of inspection as a representation of the condition of such unit. A statement in substantially this form shall appear on each certificate of inspection issued by the POD.
