§ 8-170. Ventilation.

All bathrooms shall contain adequate ventilation with a ventilation system meeting the requirements of the Florida Building Code. Each bathroom shall comply with the light and ventilation requirements for habitable rooms, except that no window or skylight shall be required in adequately ventilated bathrooms which are equipped with an approved ventilation system.
