§ 8-206. Mosquito control.

It shall be unlawful for any owner, or occupant of any lot or premises in the City, either occupied or vacant, to permit the lot or premises to become a breeding place for mosquitoes by permitting untreated stagnant water to remain on the lot or premises, or to permit an open receptacle or other container capable of holding water to remain unemptied for a period of more than five days.
