§ 9-23. Chair, quorum.

  • (a)

    The members of the Board shall elect one of the members to be chair. The person so elected shall function as chair for a one-year term.

    (b)

    Four or more members of the Board present at any meeting shall constitute a quorum in order for the Board to conduct its business.
