§ 6.06. Park and Waterfront Sections preserved.

(a)

Savings clause. Even though the original authorizing provisions approved by Ordinance Nos. 628-F, 778-F, 779-F, 920-F, 921-F, 922-F, 923-F, 952-F and 1089-F have been deleted from this Charter, the agreements entered into pursuant to those provisions shall not be affected by such deletions and those agreements, if valid and in full force and effect at the time of the deletion shall remain as such.

(b)

Sale permitted. Notwithstanding any other provision of Section 1.02 of the Charter, all or any portion of the following City owned property can be sold provided said sale is approved by a resolution of City Council.

A parcel of land in Section 24, Township 31 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida being further described as follows: The East 165 feet of the West 195 feet of the South 271.7 feet of the North 301.7 feet of the Northeast ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 24, Township 31 South, Range 16 East, according to map or plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida.
