§ 10-31. Changes restricted.
No changes in districts or precincts shall be made within four months preceding a City election except for properties annexed into the City or changes required as a result of the Charter's Citizen's Redistricting Commission procedure. Property annexed into the City shall become part of the election district abutting the annexed property unless the district boundaries are otherwise revised by ordinance.
