§ 13-51. Liability for damages.

This chapter shall not be construed to affect the responsibility of any person owning, operating or installing any equipment for damage to persons or property caused by any defect therein, nor shall the City assume any liability because of any inspection or reinspection or the issuance of a permit or because of the approval or disapproval of any equipment.
