Violations of a permit shall be the responsibility of all property owners, business
owners and operators, vendors, suppliers and distributors associated with the process,
activity, engagement, chemicals or supplies. Failure to respond to an order of the
Fire Marshal, any official notice to cease, abate or correct a deficiency, or obtain
a required permit within the time specified by the Fire Marshal shall open the permittee
or potential applicant to charges of criminal negligence.
