§ 13-287. Application.

(a)

Applications for a permit shall be made to the Fire Marshal on the form provided by the Fire Marshal. In addition to the information required by such form, the applicant shall submit:

(1)

The hazardous materials management plan;

(2)

The hazardous materials inventory statement;

(3)

The containment standards to be followed;

(4)

The construction plans, if any;

(b)

The applicant shall specify the maximum amount of each hazardous substance requested to be stored at each storage facility.
