It shall be unlawful for any person to destroy, damage, or in any way injure any telephone,
radio, television or television community antenna system poles, cables, wires, fixtures,
antennas, amplifiers, or any electric, gas or other utility lines, or water or sewer
lines, or other apparatus, equipment or appliances.
