§ 25-5. Permit required for changing surface area of street.

It shall be unlawful for any person in any manner to change the surface area on any public street right-of-way, paved or unpaved, or public easement in the City without first procuring a permit therefor from the POD. Such a permit will be issued upon a showing that the proposed activity will not violate any law, ordinance, rule or regulation or endanger the public health and safety.
